“If there’s one thing to be learnt from the hills, always look ahead ” It was with this vision that Ferruccio Sgubin opened his innovative cantina back in 1960.
The essence of the beloved hills of Dolegna del Collio is the wine it produces - and how else to enjoy it but with delicious gourmet specialities that have been carefully paired with each wine?
Winegrower Gianni Sgubin will take you on an exclusive tour of the vineyards and cantina followed by a rather special tasting. Enjoy sumptuous delicacies made from local, typical produce, all lovingly prepared by chef Lucia Sgubin at restaurant “Al Cjant dal Rusignul”, who is able to satisfy even the most delicate of palates.
Bask in the serene shade of mulberry trees as you look out over the stunning hills of the Collio whilst enjoying your aperitivo.
