Immersed in the rich and lush territory of Valpolicella is CA 'MATTA winery. Experience history and taste our organic wines grown with the ancient Veronese pergola system that frame nearby Lake Garda. Set in the heart of a stunning valley with its traditional dry stone walls, relax on our terrace which has been build into the land, all surrounded by vineyards.

Each glass of wine will reveal the characteristics and curiosities of our hills and of us as winemakers, as we welcome you into our world through the flavors of our unique, traditional products.

On your arrival we’ll take you on a vineyard tour where you will learn about the characteristics of our grapes.

A guided tasting will follow consisting of 6 wines: Valpolicella Classico followed by Valpolicella Superiore, Ripasso, Amarone , "Antrum" and finally culminating with Recioto della Valpolicella Classico.

All will be accompanied by a selection of local cured meats and fine cheeses produced by "Corrado Benedetti".

An hour and a half in the heart of nature surrounded by the scents and fragrances which characterize our wines.

A selection of cured meats from Lessinia and cheeses from our area paired with a delicious selection of mostarde (traditional Italian sweet & spicy accompaniment for savory dishes).
