Here you’ll learn all about Carnic culinary traditions from our beautiful Friuli Venezia Giulia!

Chiara Selenati, established food blogger, passionate cook and pastry chef,  has devised the most mouth-watering of cooking classes for you!

Each season in the warmth of her Sutrio kitchen, Chiara creates a sweet and savory dish for you to master. With her expertise she will guide you through the process of understanding and preparing these traditional ingredients. Then at the end you'll  taste the results, all in an authentic Friulian atmosphere – a genuine taste of the Local, just how we like it ... and so will you!

The dishes will be prepared with local produce and ingredients, and you can choose between which cooking class you prefer:

  • Savory dish with lunch
  • Dessert with snack to follow!

Choose one dish!

Dishes for 365 days a year ... Gnocchi with bread and nettles or Green Ravioli with Formadi Frant fondue plus lunch! While for the snack option try the famous Tiramisù or Biscuits with corn flour and raisins.

Or with the blossoming of the flowers and the warmth of the sun try a typical speciality from Carnia, Cjarsons and lunch!

And when the  autumn leaves fall and the little of town of Sutrio is covered with snow ... pear and walnut cake or the Pite (apple pie) and to follow,  a snack with your dessert!

And drinks are included!
