Produced since ancient times, the Elixir is a unique product based on cooked must, which the Valpanera Company produces in three versions, characterized by different aging periods: 3, 6 and 12 years! You just have to taste them and decide which one you like the most.

- Guided visit of the historic grape variety of Refosco and the Barricaia of the Valpanera winery with the following tasting of 2 wines (Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso Riserva and Alma, created from Refosco, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes aged in barriques);
- Tasting of 3 Elixirs (3, 6 and 12 years of aging)
