Di Gaspero Flavia & Umberto Winery want to put you to the test with this tasting challenge. Prepare your nose and palate! This is for everybody, even beginners!
3 wine glasses are placed in front of you along with 6 food elements such as flowers, herbs
and spices. What elements can you perceive in the aromas and flavors of the wine? Chocolate, vanilla, floral notes…
Winemaker Flavia will be your judge for the day and guide you through the tasting.
Bring your friends along as we up the challenge, whoever guesses the most “elements” will
be rewarded with a bottle of the winery’s best!
