A place where you can breathe the history of a family well known in the Florence of Dante's times. 

The De Puppi moved to Friuli in 1200 and were part of the noble council of Cividale from the mid-fourteenth century until the fall of the aristocratic regime. Landowners since ever, the family gave to the Friulian region high-profile personalities, who distinguished themselves in politics, justice and ecclesiastical hierarchies. 

Received as an inheritance in the second half of the 1900s, my mother decided to take care of this magnificent villa and its already existing vineyards. In this way she transmitted to me and my brother the passion for "beauty" that still drives us to make this paradise more and more beautiful.

Our property is divided into two bodies, one of about 10 hectares in the hills of Rosazzo (in the heart of the Colli Orientali del Friuli, an area particularly suited to the production of high quality wines) and one of about 20 hectares in Moimacco (three km from Cividale, pearl of Friuli), where the villa stands and where the production cellar is also located. Inside this magnificent area there is also a wonderful seventeenth-century church (where every year on December 8th Mass is celebrated at the Immaculate Conception with the presence of the whole town), an ex-lemon house (now used as a tasting room, where you can still feel the scent of citrus fruits resting inside) and a beautiful and well-kept garden.

In addition to venerating the beauty seen by the eyes, we like to try the beauty of taste with our autochthonous wines Refosco and Ribolla Gialla and international ones such as Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay.
